  2. Are you involved with Rockhaven as part of the Gangi Design Build? I have 30 years experience as a consultant in the environmental, health & safety field. I live in Crescenta Valley and have been ~involved in Rockhaven since 2013. I have lots of documentation I acquired through Public Records Act, I have commented on the Mitigated Negative Declaration by the CVWD when it acquired the $1M grant to develop GWP Well #16 as a drinking water well. In my professional opinion the City of Glendale did NOT do proper due diligence when they purchased this property and I have elevated my concerns to City management and Council since 2014. I have also been very transparent with newspaper press, FoR, SRC, members of the Historical groups etc. I caution you not to enter into an agreement with City of Glendale without a proper Phase II/III Environmental Assessment – due to the nature of Joint & Several Liability involving all owners & OPERATORs. Please call me to discuss further. I am leaving my personal email rather than my business one. Check my website to see my online CV.
